That is one of the things that will probably need some tuning. Currently my idea is that the list should be populated with the applicable plugins *and* the applicable commands for each of these plugins, with the possibility of filtering as Max suggests. After selecting the command a new (prepopulated) popup should appear containing text fields and drop down boxes for each of the arguments. Pressing OK in that new popup should paste the command in the Forge console and execute it.
