jBPM5 includes a module called Designer, which is a web-based editor that allows you to create/edit your BPMN2 processes ( http://www.jboss.org/jbpm/components/designer http://www.jboss.org/jbpm/components/designer). It is specific for BPMN2 processes only, and does not include functionlity to export the process in jPDL format. Contributions on that are welcome  :)
