in addition to that: to find out that, I put "-verbose:class" in the JAVA_OPTS when starting JBoss.
Checking the output it said: [Loaded javax.resource.ResourceException from jar:file:/D:/jboss-5.1.0.GA/common/lib/connector.jar!/]
