REST interface sets the form action to the server where it (REST) is deployed to be able to interact with the task service to complete the task. 

I assume that the REST server is still deployed and accessed on localhost, correct?

If so, you need to modify following properties:
jbpm.console.server.host
jbpm.console.server.port

you should find them in jbpm.console.cfg.xml.
