Hi ,


             Which preconditions or requirements need to be met, in order to get valuable results to study / identify impact ?  I know these would depend on my business needs... I m expecting a generic answer.
Also is there the possibility to create customized rules or patterns to identify the impact? If yes, please elaborate for the same...
