Stephen, yes you are right, I understand in a different way the question asked by  http://community.jboss.org/people/bhargavdesai99 Bhargav. I know that we can reuse sub-processes but there is no automated way to generate them based on another definition. I know that other BPMS tools can generate a business process automagically based on a tabular data for example.
