Hi Ron,

that's not what really happens in my case. After a long investigation i found that there was an inconsistency between  invoking ejb deployed in server (jboss4.2.1)  from client deployed in JBOSS(4.0.3) or Jboss ( 4.2.1 ). 

Now everything is working fine .
