you can modify the bpmn, just open it with text editor from eclipse, or double click in each node, also you can show the parameter window which give us an important fields to manipulate our node's parameters, if you're interesting about work flow witch bpmn also you could go to url bpmn.org to take some information more detail ( only about grafical and concepts bussines process  ).
