I understand that you have WebSpehere MQ installed on localhost, so you should be able to copy the *wmq.jmsra.rar* file from the mqm directory (On Linux platform, it is /opt/mqm/java/lib/jca). I see that you have specified a different queue manager (baseQueueManagerName=JABS) for TESTQ.
