I've installed jbpm 4.4 to my existing jboss 5.1.0.GA installation, and jboss starts up ok.  I'm able to go to the jbpm-console and login using one of the default logins and everything looks ok there.  But when I go to the jbpmeditor ( http://localhost:8080/jbpmeditor/p/explorer http://localhost:8080/jbpmeditor/p/explorer), I can create a new folder and new jPDL like on the screencast, but when the jPDL screen opens there is nothing available in the "Shape Repository" panel, so there's no way for me to create a diagram!  I do get all the same icons across the top of the panel as seen in the screen cast, but nothing in the left panel.  Is there something I need to setup/install to get all of the functionality shown in the screencast?

Note that no error appear in the JBoss log.
