Ok, I solved by myself  :) 
Simply, the RESOURCE_LOCAL as transaction-type seems not to be supported (indeed, the Documentation talks about JTA). I changed transaction-type="RESOURCE_LOCAL" to transaction-type="JTA" and now it works.
