Did you zip file log file ;-)? Or reduce the size. According to the info label besides the "attach file" button, it is 15 MB.

Does your server have enough memory?

How do you start the server? I found several posts where someone had this problem when starting the server in debug mode using Eclipse:  http://community.jboss.org/thread/62582 http://community.jboss.org/thread/62582
