yeh, you are right, I overlooked it. Anyway, problem seems to be because you have disable schema recreation and DemoTaskService is trying to insert the same users every time you start it so you get constraint violation.

Since you are connecting task service to Oracle then DemoTaskService is most likely not the best choice here.
