Try rebuilding your package snapshot (LATEST) as that is what the console is looking at to retrieve the assets. In guvnor after building the package got to "Package Snapshots"->"Create New"->"Rebuild all snapshot binaries". Then hit the refresh button in jbpm-console in the "Process Overview" section. You should be able to see your "HelloProcess.b" process (yes that is the name of your process..you way want to remove the .b ..idk).
