jBPM provide more than one editor for modeling process:

1. http://docs.jboss.org/jbpm/v5.0/userguide/ch03.html#d0e451 Eclipse editor that is very simple
2. https://github.com/imeikas/BPMN2-Editor-for-Eclipse new eclipse editor  that is being created to support the full BPMN 2.0 specification. It is currently still under development but can already be used to create executable BPMN2 processes
3. Oryx Web designer, another editor that support full BPMN 2.0 specification and it's integrate in guvnor.

Sure i think that neither of editors is comfortable, but i think that is sufficent to claim process modeling confomance.
