In jBPM 3 web-console, the login page itself displays the list of users that you can use to login.

Something like this :
 http://community.jboss.org/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-611381-16565/jbpm-console-login.png  http://community.jboss.org/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-611381-16565/450-332/jbpm-console-login.png 

Like here 4 users are available. However you can login and creeate more users. Or you can insert the values in the database.
Now ve never used 3.2.8. It might have different login details but should be available similarly.
