We just list the version we tested fully against.

99,9% of things will "probably" work, but don't kill me if they don't  ;) 

I know Teiid had to do some magic because of a changed internal dependency between 3.6.0 and 3.6.1 and that as "handled", but beyond that we should be good. 

We do though recommend upgrading to latest Eclipse 3.6.1 and matching WTP. Dreadful locking issues solved in there.
