I have a short look into the tutorial and it looks like that it was build with JBoss 4.0.0 version.
Maybe you download it ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/jboss/files/JBoss/JBoss-4.0.0 http://sourceforge.net/projects/jboss/files/JBoss/JBoss-4.0.0) or maybe the 4.0.5
and check whether it will work for the example sources.

For your real application you should prefer 4.2 or later  :)
