Is OperazioniUtenti an EJB component ? 
If so,  then u have to deploy it as EJB project. 
As fare as I know, when u put  it in WEB-INF/lib direcory the EJB Container doesn't deploy it.

Could  you show me +the sou+rce code of OperazioniUtenti (just declaration and annotations)


+ at RemoteBinding -+ +define your own JNDI name to component (e.g. EJB, MBean)+
