I added this link in eclipse update manager: 

 http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/3.2_stable_branch/ http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/3.2_stable_branch/

unfortunately, it does not work:
I get this error:

"Some sites could not be found. See the error log for more detail.
No repository found at  http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/3.2_stable_branch/ http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/3.2_stable_branch/."
