Which server configuration are you running? 'all'? 'default'?

The missing class should be in server/xxx/deployers/jboss-aop-jboss5.deployer/pluggable-instrumentor.jar. Please verify that that file exists.

At this point I suspect that you installation migth be corrupted. I recommend redownloading and reinstalling.
