Say , I have an expense claim process defition jpdl , on which hundreds of expense claims are currently in progress, now the requirement changes and I change the process defintion in the jpdl and re deploy it .
What becomes of the old executions ? are they automatically migrated to the new process defition (most probably this should not be case .. ) OR do they keep executing on the old definition and are only the new executions (expense claims ) pick up the modified process definition ..
I need to suggest the management on the ease of changing definitions . Please suggest.
