BPMN process inside jBPM3? that's new for me.. I'm pretty sure that you are just creating a jPDL process right? 
WIth that degree of detail is almost impossible to help you, can you share the process XML file definition? The jBPM3.2 docs and the book  https://www.packtpub.com/jbpm-developer-guide/book https://www.packtpub.com/jbpm-developer-guide/book
will defenitely help you out.
