Hi Hardik,
Can you elaborate more on the problem. How are you using the HUman Task Service inside guvnor? what are you trying to achieve. Which version of the project are you using? 
Usually when you get that exception is that your process or your rules are bad formed in some way. In this case because the parser says: unable to parse XML, it makes me think that the problem is inside your process.
