Disregarding all that Warnings, the desinger seems to be deployed after all: 
...

The line that worries me is:

Is Guvnor running in localhost:8080? What is the response you are getting from  http://localhost:8080/drools-guvnor/rest/packages/ http://localhost:8080/drools-guvnor/rest/packages/ ?
