The plugin is placed in  http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/indigo/plugins/org.jboss.tools.central.discovery_1.0.1.v20120715-0355-H112-Final.jar http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/indigo/plugins/org.jboss.tools.central.discovery_1.0.1.v20120715-0355-H112-Final.jar
but you don't have to install it. 
What update site have you used?
If that site contains the JBoss Central Discovery feature, you need to exclude it.
