In Drools click on your Package
- under assets tab click the plus sign "+" of processes.
- Check your process and click on file then Archive

This will not delete permanently your process. To do so:
- Click on Administration on the Left pane and then on Archive
- Click on Refresh list if your process does not appear there
- Finally check your process and click on delete selected asset.
