At least for the 5.4.0-SNAPSHOT installer two hard coded URLs are contained, but the files do not exist anymore. I changed them locally to get the installation run:
droolsjbpm.eclipse.url= https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots/org/drools/org.drools.updatesite/5.4.0-SNAPSHOT/org.drools.updatesite-5.4.0-20120622.022231-562-assembly.zip https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots/org/drools/org.drools.updatesite/5.4.0-SNAPSHOT/org.drools.updatesite-5.4.0-20120622.022231-562-assembly.zip
drools.guvnor.url= https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots/org/drools/guvnor-distribution-wars/5.4.0-SNAPSHOT/guvnor-distribution-wars-5.4.0-20120622.020303-551-jboss-as-7.0.war https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots/org/drools/guvnor-distribution-wars/5.4.0-SNAPSHOT/guvnor-distribution-wars-5.4.0-20120622.020303-551-jboss-as-7.0.war

Is there an update process behind? Should it automatically point to the latest build or do the developers have to maintain the URLs manually and commit the file when a specific version was evaluated?
