Hi Vladimir,
I totally agree with you, as you  mention the LocalTaskService is the embed one. That should be working already. 
I'm not against that vision, but I also believe that a separate component could also be extremely useful for other scenarios.
Do you have any problem with the Embeded Approach? because it should be working correctly and the transaction mechanisms should be in place.
If you have a known bug please report it to us.
