If you're trying to set "-b 129.78.110.72" in the command line parameters in the Launch Configuration then this will not work.

You need to open the "JBoss 6.x Runtime Server" Overview and click on the checkbox "Listen on all interfaces to allow remote connections" under "Server Behavior"
