Where does the 10:250.153.144 address come from? I assume it is already in the wsdl you're providing with the endpoint (given you're following a contract first approach). If you set modifly-wsdl-address to false in the configuration, then it's up to you to provide a wsdl with proper endpoint addresses in it.
