After chatting in IRC with tsurdilo1 I realized that I should rename the downloaded war file to *designer.war* and deploy it to tomcat an then use this URL to access jbpm designer :  http://localhost:8080/designer/editor?profile=jbpm http://localhost:8080/designer/editor?profile=jbpm

Thanks JBPM team, wonderful stuff, continue hacking!  ;)
