Unfortunatly there is no way to get such a list of annotated managed beans in JBoss Tools.
I've created a new issue  https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13181 https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13181 to fix this bug with Web Projects View.
