you only have to run 

ant install.demo.db
ant start.demo.db


maybe you should stop everything (ant stop.demo or restart your computer)

then clean it

ant clean.demo

and finally 

ant install.demo.db
ant start.demo.db

is your database running corrrectly? do you have edited the right standalone.xml? (it has to be the one in the upper folder)
