I am not sure . It seems that it use this KnowledgeBaseBeanFactory  (https://github.com/droolsjbpm/droolsjbpm-integration/blob/master/drools-container/drools-spring/src/main/java/org/drools/container/spring/beans/KnowledgeBaseBeanFactory.java) to build the KnowledgeBase                   after prasing the values spring configuration file . You can try to play around it to see if it supports your aim.
