I think your guess is right!
"Help->About Eclipse->Installation Details->Installed Software" show my version:
Hibernate Tools 3.5.1.v20120715-0252-H98-Final org.hibernate.eclipse.feature.feature.group JBoss by Red Hat

Is it possible to avoid this if still use Hibernate 4.1.7.final ?
upgrage jboss tools 3.3.1.Final to 4 or else ?
