Rob, it seems the error still in the same, you added check s != null at  https://source.jboss.org/browse/~br=trunk/JBossTools/trunk/as/plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.wtp.core/src/org/jboss/ide/eclipse/as/wtp/core/vcf/ExportedClassFolderReferenceResolver.java?r=37756#to37 line 37, but actual problem is onle line above, because reference to non-faceted module has null handler. So  https://source.jboss.org/browse/~br=trunk/JBossTools/trunk/as/plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.wtp.core/src/org/jboss/ide/eclipse/as/wtp/core/vcf/ExportedClassFolderReferenceResolver.java?r=37756#to36 line 36 still sthows NullPointerException.
