Looks like the jbpm-installer distribution cannot download eclipse from the url present in the build.xml file, which is  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/downloads/release/helios/SR2/eclipse-java-helios-SR2-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/downloads/release/helios/SR2/eclipse-java-helios-SR2-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz That url is no longer available.

By the way, why doesn't jbpm use a more recent version of Eclipse?
