I did a little investigation: looking at the code I would've expected an http get like this 

 http://localhost:8080/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/package/defaultPackage/LATEST/sample-image.png http://localhost:8080/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/package/defaultPackage/LATEST/sample-image.png

but I can't see it on wireshark.

This http GET actually works if run by the browser.
