Ok. So the following should do the trick?

KnowledgeBuilder kbuilder = KnowledgeBuilderFactory.+newKnowledgeBuilder+();
KnowledgeBase knowledgeBase = kbuilder.newKnowledgeBase();
Process process = knowledgeBase.getProcess(processInstanceId);
