Install the "Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers" from  http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/
Also install JBoss Tools:  http://docs.jboss.org/tools/movies/#marketplaceinstallation http://docs.jboss.org/tools/movies/#marketplaceinstallation

The Jboss Tools documentaiton contains a lot of useful getting started tutorials.
