[jbosscache-dev] Integration of streaming state transfer and CacheLoader API change

Hi all,

Over the next week or so I'll be working on integration of streaming
state transfer in JBC HEAD. The plan is to initially implement full
streaming state transfer and expansion of CacheLoader API [1] to
accommodate streaming state transfer. After this has been completed and
tested, there will be another round of discussion about converting
partial state transfer [2] from rpc to jgroups based mechanism of
partial state transfer. 

I will also be taking responsibility for state transfer related codebase
from Brian Stansberry.
