[jbosscache-dev] PojoCache, partial state transfer and marshalling

Per this jira: http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBCACHE-803, the PojoCache 2.0 should not require special treatment for partial state transfer and marshalling anymore since the concept of region will include all the internal workspace as well. So the state transfer package in PojoCache should be deprecated now.

If there is any question, please let me know though.
