[jbosscache-dev] Reliance on jboss-jmx.jar in 2.0.0

Hi guys,

We currently have 2 instances where we need jboss-jmx.jar in HEAD:

	org.jboss.mx.util.MBeanProxyExt is used in TcpCacheServer and  
RmiCacheServer.

Before I start digging into this, does anyone know what MBeanProxyExt  
is replaced with?
