[jbosscache-dev] JGroups stacks for unit tests

As Manik and I have discussed I plan to update etc/META-INF like this:

- move all unused config files to etc/META-INF/old
- update JGroups stack in all remaining etc/META-INF files

If you have something against this - speak up!
