[jbosscache-dev] JBoss Cache 2.0.0 tutorial

Guys,

I've updated the JBoss Cache 2.0.0 Tutorial and this will be in  
2.0.0.CR1.

For those of you too lazy (!) to build from CVS HEAD, I've built a  
snapshot of the distribution.
