[jbosscache-dev] ClusteredCacheLoader deadlocks and JBCCACHE-1103

Let's properly discuss the solution first, as I explained in my previous 
email, the JIRA issue in JGroups won't help. The underlying issue is a 
synchronous call while holding a lock.
