[jbosscache-dev] migrating data stored in 1.x format to VAM format

Right, I've done a first commit for this. See 
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBCACHE-964 for further details of 
what it's been done and what needs still doing.

I've gone for the "get it working first" approach, so the cache loaders, 
examples and build modifications are there. It just needs polishing now.

Let me if there's any issues.
