Guys

I've just checked in JBCACHE-848, putForExternalRead(), which AFAIK  
was the last "critical path" item for BETA2.

I hope to finish stabilising HEAD (a couple of unit tests in CC seem  
to break) tomorrow and cut BETA2 on Wednesday.  Some outstanding JIRA  
tasks are tagged for BETA2, do you guys think they can be cleaned up  
today/tomorrow or moved to CR1, or do you want me to hold out tagging  
BETA2 for a day or two?
