FYI on a discussion getting underway.  The AOP incompatibility issue 
impacts PojoCache, since AIUI some aop weaving is applied to PojoCache 
itself.  Probably relevant to future work on aop-izing the plain cache 
interceptor stack as well.

AOP 2.0? (at least aop classes compiled using 1.X should run fine on AOP 
2.0 IMO.
